Lineham Group Limited provides a complete Property Management service including:

• Looking after all matters related to tenanting your house.
• Conducting inspections of your property every 3 months to ensure your house is being looked after and to recommend any future maintenance.
• Taking care of any regular bills relating to your house including rates and insurance.
• Emailing/posting you a monthly Statement clearly itemising all rent received and expenses paid for the month.

Lineham Group Limited has a very simple fee structure:

• 6% (+gst) of the monthly rental. 7% (+gst) if the house is furnished
• 6% (+ gst) of the total of any repairs, maintenance or enhancement work arranged by Lineham Group on behalf of the owner.
• $6 per invoice sent to the tenant for reimbursement of appropriate water charges
• That's it!

Lineham Group offers a 25% saving over most other NZ Property Management companies.
